This permit can be applied online at the City of Kaiserslautern or by making an appointment in advance on 0631-365 4137 or 4347 at the Road Traffic Department in the Rathaus Nord or online via the appointment calendar. Please bring the required documents such as your vehicle registration certificate with you to the on-site appointment.
